Main Job Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative matters related to college-level meetings.

  2. Handling administrative matters related to the election of representatives for the Faculty Evaluation Committee and relevant elections such as the selection of the Dean.

  3. Financial matters including budget allocation, procurement operations, fund disbursement, and budget control at the college level.

  4. Execution and monitoring of college-level academic development plans and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  5. Compilation of performance assessments for the university's "Higher Education Deepening Plan" and related college-level coordinated projects, including execution-related fund disbursement.

  6. Compilation of various departmental projects such as "Research Community Development Implementation Plan," "Faculty-Industry Cooperation Community Grant Application and Implementation Plan," and "Student Innovation Community Development Implementation Plan."

  7. Coordination and liaison with administrative work of departments under the college.

  8. Daily handling of incoming and outgoing official documents and registration.

  9. Planning and organizing seminars, practical forums, workshops, and educational training activities for the college.

  10. Handling tasks assigned by the Dean.

  2. Responsible for academic affairs, student affairs, general affairs, and other assigned administrative matters for the Master's program in Trade Practice Law and Negotiation at the college.

  3. Responsible for administrative matters related to overseas Master's programs at the college.

  4. Verification and management of industry-academia cooperation projects.

  5. Management of the college's English website.

  6. Coordination and liaison with administrative work of departments under the college.

  7. Compilation of performance assessments for the university's "Higher Education Deepening Plan" and related college-level coordinated projects, including execution-related fund disbursement.

  8. Daily handling of incoming and outgoing official documents and registration.

  9. Planning and organizing seminars, practical forums, workshops, and educational training activities for the college.
