Introduction
In recent years, the digital economy has emerged as an opportunity for national societal advancement and economic transformation, as well as a significant challenge for businesses. Globally, with the development trends of the Internet of Everything (IoE), cloud computing services, network technology, mobile technology, and big data, industries are facing disruptive innovation in business models. In response to the needs of the digital economy and talent development, our School of Finance and Economics has introduced a doctoral program, commencing its admissions in August 2019.
The program is designed to align with these international development trends, aiming to provide the business talents required for digital economy development. It seeks to cultivate executive leaders capable of navigating government industrial policies and innovating business models, with a focus on enhancing management capabilities in digital governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance (RegTech).
